New Glarus HS Math team earns 1st place at UW-Platteville math meet.
The New Glarus Math team traveled to UW-Platteville to compete at the first math meet of the year! Students competed on individual and team tests, and also had the opportunity to learn about the numerous STEM career paths and opportunities involving mathematics.
Our students earned 1st place in our division! We also had several students earn top 5 individually as well: Nathan Heil, Elizabeth, Annabelle, and Eli Smith, Clayton Streiff, Kiehmi Tazeh, Sam Copeland, and Alaina
Smith. Congratulations to all on their hard work! And special thanks to UW-Platteville for hosting.
